“Down By The River”

Durham Ferry – For those of good faith, a beautiful day of shooting was there to be had down by the river. The day started out looking pretty threatening but by shooting time, Mother Nature rewarded the pure of heart with perfect weather. Tejano Viejo and his merry band had shuffled the cards and the stages had a new look. It must have been pretty challenging. Only one expert marksman hit every target and he was pretty quick too shooting every stage in the mid thirties. He is Two Rivers Posse’s own Sintree Tulait. Congratulations. Wobblin’ Bob who toyed with the weather gave Lefty Vaquero a run for his money and finished second overall to Lefty V and first in the Senior category. Lefty Eastman continues to amaze with his Frontiersman gear and finished just a few seconds back and first in his category. Sneaky fast Mudville who was top gun at the last match was just another second or two behind. Blaz N Bill seems to have installed himself as the top Duelist as has Cherokee Doll as the top Lady. Unless they were just kidding with those smiles, a good time was had by all. That’s how it was Down By The River.
